Honda file

In 1999 the standard Valkyrie was unchanged mechanically, while Honda added the fully dressed Interstate above it in the range. The naked bike kept its upright, fixed riding position, dictated by the wide six-cylinder engine, and its calm, composed handling. Reviewers rated the front brakes highly but found the rear brake weak.
